# Far North Construction LLC

> Anchorage general contractor for kitchen and bath remodels, residential renovations, siding, and investor rehabs. Serving Anchorage and Eagle River.

Kevin Ambro owns and runs Far North Construction LLC. Projects outside the regular service area carry a commute charge, quoted with the scope. Interior remodel work continues through the Alaska winter; exterior work is scheduled around the season.

Alaska contractor license 143795: General Contractor With Residential Contractor Endorsement. Certificates of insurance and bonding are available on request.

One-year workmanship warranty. Coverage starts at completion. Materials, fixtures, and appliances carry their own manufacturer coverage. The terms are in your contract before you sign.

How a Far North job runs:
- We put the scope, allowances, and price in writing before demolition. You review what is included and what is not before work starts.
- You get a finish date in writing before demo. Long-lead items are ordered against that date. If the date moves, you get the new date and the reason in writing before work continues.
- We coordinate the subs, materials, and sequence. You bring job questions to Far North, and we work through them with the trade involved.
- We photograph concealed damage and walk it with you the day it turns up. The repair gets priced as its own line, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.

We plan the rehab around your target listing date. Tell us when you need to list or have the property ready to rent. We walk the job with that deadline in mind, then put the agreed scope and finish date in writing. We price the work, schedule it, and complete the rehab. You handle the listing, rental, and refinance decisions.
